1. Lie on the incline press with your dumbbell of choice and grab hold of the bottom of the bench with the other arm to stabilize during the movement.
  2. Bring the dumbbell up to where your arm is at a 90 degree angle and the dumbbell is even with your chest.
  3. From here, press the dumbbell upwards toward the center of your chest, and lower back down in the same plane of motion before repeating.
