- Lie on the incline press with your dumbbell of choice and grab hold of the bottom of the bench with the other arm to stabilize during the movement.
- Bring the dumbbell up to where your arm is at a 90 degree angle and the dumbbell is even with your chest.
- From here, press the dumbbell upwards toward the center of your chest, and lower back down in the same plane of motion before repeating.
