1. Begin by placing your knees on the assisted pad and set the weight to the proper setting for your set.
  2. Before initiating the movement keep your torso upright and your elbows in by your sides the entire set to keep emphasis on your triceps.
  3. Start the movement by bending at your elbows while staying upright, and come down to where your forearms and upper arms are at a 90 degree angle. Once at 90 degrees, push back up to the starting position with your arms fully extended just before lockout.
