To start the glorious burpee, we will be standing in an upright position and bend downwards to put our palms on the floor, and begin to move our feet backwards until we are in the bridge position.

From here, you will initiate a pushup (If you are doing a pushup variation) and then reverse the above motion by bringing your feet back inwards toward your chest, and standing back to the upright position with a jump incorporated at the top.

Annnddd repeat!
