Ready for some Cardio!? If not, no worries. We have plenty of work to do with the remaining three workout days this week! Enjoy your rest day. IF you are ready for today’s optional cardio, we have another HIIT session coming our way! Last week was the jump rope, this week is back to the stair stepper/stair case! Except now we are using the HIIT format. So, for today’s session we will be doing 20 total minutes, which includes 10 rounds of the following: 20 seconds with the speed turned up on the stair stepper (Careful with your footing) or if you’re using a stair case, running up and down also watching your footing. After the 20 second burst, you will begin walking for 1 minute and 40 seconds. This 2 minute round will be repeated 10 times to complete our cardio session for today! Go and feel the burn, because this is a fun yet tough one!
