REMEMBER, you do not have to partake in these days. Regardless of your goal on the Instashred program, it will not make or break your results. These optional cardio days are simply for us crazy ones that love working out ;P So! With that said, our cardio movement for today is another HIIT session on the stairs followed by a short ab circuit! We are doing the same structure as last week for the stair session, and more details can be found on our ab circuit in the video below! The sets for the ab workout are:

Kneeling rope crunch (check video for proper form!) 3 sets 15 reps

Hanging leg raises 3 sets 15 reps

Swiss ball crunch 3 sets 25 reps

Barbell ab roll-outs 3 sets 8 reps
