We are moving onto HIIT cardio! What this stands for if you aren’t familiar is ‘High Intensity Interval Training’. How this works is you will have a very brief time frame (usually 20-30 seconds) where you will exert to your fullest potential. After that, you will take a debriefing period (usually 1-2 minutes) at a more normal pace before repeating. For today, we are going to be using the jump rope! Now if you do not have a jump rope or choose to not use one, you CAN still take part in this cardio day by mimicking the movement. We will be doing a total of 20 minutes, and the details are above in the demonstration video! Enjoy this workout today if you are taking part!
