It’s Rest/Optional cardio day! If you are choosing to partake in the optional cardio movements, this is the last day we will be implementing the stair stepper before next week! We will be switching to a different type of cardio beginning next week. For today though, we are bumping up to 30 minutes on the stair stepper or staircase, whichever you choose or have access to. If you would like more details on how to properly walk on the stair stepper, be sure you refer back to last weeks optional cardio day! (Day 10)
