1. Start facing sideways of the cable pulley machine with the arm that you’re going to be using closest to the machine.
  2. Make sure you are stabilized before starting the exercise, keeping your core nice and tight.
  3. Move your hand across your chest, squeezing your chest to move the cable.
  4. Finish the movement when your hand is past the middle of your chest
  5. Repeat for the desired amount of reps
