1. With the bench set at a 45 degree incline, lie on the bench face down and pick up the dumbbells off the floor with your head and chin hanging over the end of the bench.
  2. With your arms hanging down and fully extended, shrug the dumbbells straight upwards allowing your traps to do most of the work.
  3. Squeeze at the top, and slowly lower back to the bottom allowing your traps to stretch and repeat.
